  2. I would like to see everything about how to get your app production ready quickly

    webserver + database w/ basic optimazation (this one saw covered last week and was super useful), heroku optimazation (which/how many dynos, which db type in the beginning), CDN and asset settings, SSL, DNS, AWS, redis, scheduled jobs in production, error pages
